Northern Ireland Vintage Ploughmen, Ian Simms, Mark Taggart, Harold Simms & Mercer Ward head for the European Vintage Ploughing Championships in the Netherlands in September, also Ronald Coulter BEM (Judge) & Norman Bell ( Steward) will accompany them.
