The Northern Ireland Vintage Ploughing Association covers all aspects of vintage tractor and vintage horse ploughing across Northern Ireland

We organise Vintage Ploughing matches and National championships each year where local and international Tractor and Horse ploughers compete in various classes their vintage, antique and old ploughs. The Northern Ireland Vintage Ploughing Association brings together all local ploughing societies with an interest in organising Vintage Ploughing Matches.

European Vintage Ploughing Championships

The EVPC are being held on Tuesday 23rd September in the Republic of Ireland and we would like to wish the team , Harold Simms, Sean Boyle, Mark Taggart and Mercer Ward every success

Sudden passing of esteemed member Dessi Sherlock

The NIVPA regrets the sudden death of Mr Dessie Sherlock, due to an accident on the 15th July. Our condolences to his wife Irene, daughter Wendy and family circle.

NIVPA Annual Ploughing Match

The NIVPA annual ploughing match, qualifier for the NIPA championships and European Vintage Ploughing Championships in 2015, will be on Saturday 4th October 2014, venue still to be arranged.
