The Northern Ireland Vintage Ploughing Association (NIVPA) are holding their Annual Ploughing Championships at 20 Ballyknock Road, Hillsborough, Co Down, BT26 6EF on lands kindly granted by Mr George Megarry on Saturday 4th October 2014@ 10.30am
This Championship is an important event on the Vintage, Classic & Horse Ploughing calendar, as the highest placed ploughmen qualify for the 2015 Northern Ireland International Ploughing Championships and the 2015 European Vintage Ploughing Championships. The classes are Senior, Intermediate, Classic, Junior, Ferguson, Reversible and Horses.
The winner of the Horse Class will be crowned the Northern Ireland Horse Ploughing Champion 2014 and the overall winner will be crowned the Northern Ireland Vintage Ploughing Champion 2014
